EQUINOX
‘Equinox’는 한 해의 계절 중 낮과 밤이 공존하는 시기를 뜻합니다. 겨우내 쌓인 눈 아래 잠들어있던 진한 생명의 향기가 조용히 다음 계절을 향해 고조하듯, 우아의 첫 콜렉션은 늦겨울과 초봄 사이 찰나의 시간을 담았습니다. 매서운 겨울 바람의 흔적이 봄의 숨결에 무디어지는 이 과정은 시리도록 화려합니다. 다만 번잡하지 않은 이때, 계절은 차분하게 새 생명이 움트기를 고대합니다. 홀로 고립되어 있던 얼음은 물이 되고, 물은 흐르며 모든 것을 아우릅니다. 투명한 반짝임이 녹아 맑은 기억이 될 때 우리는 비로소 새로운 계절을 맞이 합니다.

‘Equinox’ refers to the time or date of the year, when day and night are of approximately equal length. Scent of life hidden under the snow has been waiting for the newest season whole winter time. WOOAWW’s first collection captured this momentous moment between late winter and early spring. As the bitter winter winds fades away by the breath of spring, the scenery is terrifyingly glowing. Yet, during this silent minute, seasons’ awaiting towards the emergence of new life. Isolated glaciers turn into water, and the water flows then encloses everything. Thus, while it transparently melt down beautifully and the memories become solid, we send greetings to the newest season at last.
